The Allegro Cozumel is located on famous Playa San Francisco beach where two worlds of adventure exist: the fun-in-the-sun beach and the amazing undersea Palancar Reef. Whatever guests choose to pursue, Allegro Cozumel has it close at hand. Beach volleyball, tropical bars, restaurants, and nightclubs keep life on land exciting, while the on-site dive shop offers a gateway into the dazzling marine sanctuary of Cozumel's waters. The resort has three hundred five tropical-styled rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, cable TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, and safe.

Resort amenities allow guests to find everything they need for a dream vacation without ever leaving the Allegro Cozumel. In addition to the pristine beaches, the resort features five pools, an on-site fitness room and sauna, and three lighted tennis courts. The resort features five restaurants and five bars. All-inclusive packages include unlimited meals, snacks and beverages, and full open bar. Services available but not part of the all-inclusive plan include the day spa, gift shop, laundry, rental cars, and deep-sea fishing.
Diving is provided by the on-site dive shop. Pro Dive Mexico is an award-winning National Geographic and PADI 5 Star IDC Center, and provides all scuba related and water sport activities, including the latest scuba equipment, on-site gear storage, multiple rinsing tanks and equipment service. Dive gear sales and rentals are available. Multi-lingual instructors provide guests with excellent service.
Divers enjoy hot spots like San Francisco, Santa Rosa Wall and Shallows, Cedral Pass and Palancar Gardens, Horseshoe and Caves. For advanced divers, the Devil's Throat dive opens in a dark narrow tunnel at eighty feet and exits to a sunlit opening at one hundred thirty feet on the wall. Marine species include barracuda, splendid toadfish, eagle rays, sharks, and loggerhead turtles.



Dive Conditions

Cozumel is a year-round diving destination. Water temperatures range from 75°F to 85°F seasonally. Topside temps average 80°F year-round. Underwater visibility is generally excellent, ranging from 75 to 125 feet at most dive sites.
