Guest accommodations are spread across the resort in suites and villas. There are three styles of suites, including the Balam suites, casita suites, and master suites. The Balam suites have a private entrance and outdoor seating area overlooking the pool or gardens. The casita suites have views of the garden and are decorated using local art. The master suites are the largest and include an enclosed garden, private outdoor shower, plunge pool, and front and back decks. There are one- and two-bedroom villas, each with a private pool, separate bedrooms, an outdoor terrace, and a garden. The villas include private dining options as well as a personal butler and designated housekeeper. All accommodations have airconditioning, ensuite bathrooms, wifi, TV, robes, hairdryers, and minibars.
Guests dine at the La Ceiba Restaurant, known for its farmhouse design and menu with local and international cuisine. The Wallace is the resort’s bar, staffed with mixologists who specialize in unique cocktails and classic drinks. The resort’s wine cellar is the largest in western Belize, with over a thousand bottles of wine, and includes an intimate setting for private dinners. The resort operates its own two-acre garden from which the chefs source many of their ingredients. In addition to supplying organic produce to the resort, the garden is home to chickens and two goats, Rhea and Ceres.
Ka’ana also takes guests off the resort for a multitude of adventures and tours. Thrill-seeking guests can hike through Mayan ruins, explore sacred cave systems, canoe through caves, zipline through the jungle, and horseback ride across a private ranch. Those hoping to experience the culture can do so through cooking and ceramics classes. Guests looking to relax can do so at the spa, which is stocked with organic products and offers services ranging from facials to holistic Reiki healing. They can also spend their days at the pool or take yoga classes at the resort and near Mayan temples.
